Online Modern Calligraphy Workshop 23rd September

Want to learn a beautiful creative skill that can also be used daily? Modern calligraphy is perfect for you! ✍

My workshops are a great way to learn this relaxing and creative skill from the comfort of your own home. The Beginner's workshop gives you the understanding of the basics so that you can succeed in creating eye catching calligraphy and towards the end of the session we'll create some greeting cards for you to give to friends or family.

In this workshop you'll be learning:

• - The differences between calligraphy and cursive
• - How to hold your brush pen
• - How to create the basic calligraphy strokes
• - How to connect the letters
• - How to put these together to form the alphabet in a calligraphic style
• - Doodles to decorate white space
• - Some greeting card designs

If you're based in the UK, you will be provided with a brush pen, some blank greetings cards and a workbook in advance so that you can work with the resources during the session.

I'll go through everything step-by-step. This session will be hosted on Zoom.
