Workshops
Workshop tickets are non-exchangeable or refundable. You will have received all of the workshop details prior to the workshop. Please ensure to check the event details page and emails for all relevant information; in some instances emails may fall into your junk folder so please ensure to check there too. If you require further details, please contact Calligraphy Gems at least 24 hours ahead of the workshop so that your enquiry is responded to.

If Calligraphy Gems is unable to continue with a workshop as planned you will be offered the option to book into a workshop of the same format on a different date or a refund if that date isn't suitable.

By joining a workshop you agree to having your photograph taken. These photographs may be shared on the website, social media and any other marketing materials for Calligraphy Gems. The photographs may also be shared by venues for workshop promotion.

Work created by Calligraphy Gems is copyrighted and Calligraphy Gems owns the rights to this artwork and has the ability to take photos of this work to share publicly. If you would like Calligraphy Gems to create a piece of work that is intended to be sold, please discuss this prior to placing your order.

If you sign up to a workshop, you may be contacted by Calligraphy Gems in relation to the workshop or other services that are deemed relevant. If you attend an in-person workshop, your details may also be shared with the venue so that you can collect a drink/cake if this is part of the ticket that you purchased.
